Hi i'm Kevin. I am a 38 year old dad to 4 beautiful girls, i have worked in construction since the age of 14 that's 24 years of hard labour. { Not Nice }

My body is no longer able for the stress that the construction work has put my body through. I constantly suffer with back pain among other body parts. When i get home from work I'm always to tired to play with the kids and even the (missus haha)

So i said to myself its time to change something if i want to stay physically active in my kids lives for many years to come. And live an easy life. So i decided to see what else was out there that i could do? That's when i found Lunch You. (Its great i love it)

I now have the time to fully be with my wife and my kids, look after my body and overall health. I have more time for meditation, shamanic drumming, being in nature, eating more healthy {no more breakfast rolls haha} and the most rewarding thing of it all! i get to help you guys build something you are passionate about online and get away from the back breaking hard labour.
